MEET ELENA

I am Elena, a certified trauma informed breathwork facilitator and an uncertified researcher of everyday life.
 

As a very mental type, I used to search for answers mostly in my head. Something was saying me I needed to become quiet, but silence felt almost impossible. Then I discovered breathwork. It clicked. I started practicing it and noticed a shift in myself. Without a plan and intention for this to ever become my work, I followed a feeling. I received my formal education two years late. My path is not linear; it includes exploration, questioning and building my own understanding through experience. What I offer is shaped through change, attempts, "mistakes", vulnerability and strength.

MEET ELENA

I am a sociologist by profession, but also by nature. I observe, connect and ask questions. I am endlessly curious. I am drawn to things not easy to explain, what lies beneath the surface, the contradictory of things that do not always make sense at first. I go into the depth, but also value lightness. I am playful, but also present when things become intense. Imperfections, in myself and others, I meet with humor.


I guide without drama, not from a place of "knowing the way", aware that every path is different. In my work I use the PAUSE method and trauma-informed principles. Your safety is my priority.

How to work with me?

Breathwork is not for everyone, just like not every sport or therapeutic approach fits everyone. Some people connect through conversation, some through movement, some through breath and some through a combination of all three. If this work speaks to you, the best way is to try one session and feel how it lands for you. Each offering is designed to help you feel more at ease, connected, clear and alive. We work in a trauma informed, intuitive and somatic way that respects your current state, capacity and pace. For now, all sessions are held online via Zoom. In person sessions in Pula, Croatia are coming soon.

Individual sessions create space to explore what is happening in your body and nervous system more deeply. Through guided breathing and somatic work we can work with stress, tension, emotional processes, overwhelm or the need for clarity. Each session is tailored to you and your pace.

There is something different about breathing in a group. We set an intention but the real work happens through collective energy, how one person’s shift can affect others and resonate in unexpected ways. We work around a shared theme but everyone moves through their own process. Sometimes it is easier to let go or open up when you are not alone.
